| The Swawou Layout Community Primary School for Girls was set up by The Children's Education Trust Sierra Leone in collaboration with publishing company Law Business Research (who fully cover the running costs of the school) in late 2009. Initially enrolling 30 girls from the Swawou Layout Community of Kenema town, Eastern Sierra Leone, the school has since grown to 40 pupils with plans to grow further over the coming years.
