2010-2015 strategic objectives
1) To continue to offer a quality, free education in a child friendly learning environment to disadvantaged and previously out of school girls in the Swawou Layout Community Primary School for Girls, growing the school's enrolment annually until it reaches a full capacity of 70 pupils
2) To offer self development activities to all parents and guardians of the pupils of the Swawou Layout Community Primary School for Girls so they are better able to support the education of their children
3) To raise awareness of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child within the local Kenema community
4) To promote awareness and understanding amongst children and teachers in other parts of the world about the state of children in Sierra Leone and to foster long lasting mutual relationships between schools in Sierra Leone and elsewhere
5)To assist local Kenema schools in achieving a more child friendly school environment
