- Applicants must be at least 19 years of age or older at time of arrival in Sierra Leone
- University degree holder and/or relevant work/voluntary experience
- All volunteers must sign, and thus agree to comply with, the volunteer release and weaver of liability form, volunteer code of conduct form and the GRM-SL-International Volunteer programme agreement form. Failure to submit all 3 signed documents at least 35 days prior to arriving in Sierra Leone will lead to the automatic cancellation of the volunteers place in the programme.
- All applicants must display good character through their application form and interview. We will also request an academic, work and character reference.
